Our Story
Talkr founder Ben has helped Startups build and scale remote teams in North Macedonia since 2012.
Ben’s journey started by working for a London based tech Startup that quickly needed to expand its customer support and services teams but he could not find the right people to fill the gaps. After researching the various options, all either too expensive or the quality of candidate was not good enough, Ben found candidates in North Macedonia that really stood out from the rest and he decided to build the team there.
Marc joined Ben to help build the support team and within 6 months they had grown the team to 6 people, supporting 5 different languages across 7 European countries.
After hearing many stories about other Startups struggling to fill their talent gaps Ben decided to set up Talkr where he, and now Marc as well, are committed to helping Startups find the best talent that will allow them to grow and scale.
