Outsourced and remote should not mean less team interaction

Feeling challenged by the lack of social interaction of your outsourced employees?…don’t worry, Talkr makes sure this doesn’t happen

 “In vino veritas”

As the saying goes "In wine, there is truth", and the truth is that social aspect of work is important. Working remotely should not mean you miss this social side of being part of a team, meeting and chatting with your peers in a relaxed environment. These interactions can often lead to bright ideas or new ways of working, or just a chance to catch up.

However, some members of our team are the only representatives of their company in Macedonia so they do not easily have that in-person interaction with colleagues.

At TALKR we use every opportunity to create that team atmosphere for everyone, across all of our clients through regular team catch ups, meetups and activities where everyone gets to feel that sense of belonging in a team.

Our most recent Talkr meetup was in a vineyard just outside Macedonia’s capital, Skopje. The team, consisting of people from all of our clients, were treated to a vineyard tour, lunch and got to taste a selection of Macedonia’s finest wines. Needless to say, everyone enjoyed themselves! (see below)

This meetup is one of many. TALKR aims to not just create an environment where people can confidently and happily complete their work remotely, but to offer the opportunity to bond as a wider team, learn from each other and grow with their respective companies.
